Homemade Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients:
600 ml Thickened Cream
1 Can (395g) Condensed Milk
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Blended Mang0
2 Drops Yellow Food Colouring
Instruction:
Using a STAND MIXER or HANDHELD MIXER
Beat thickened cream until double in size.
Add condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla extract while mixing at low speed to avoid splashing.
Mix at High Speed for 1 minute.
Add the Mango and beat again at high speed for 2 min.
Put in the freezer overnight before serving.
