140 Grams unsalted butter
113 Grams Semi-sweet chocolate
1 cup Granulated sugar
1/4 cup Glucose Syrup
3 Large Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 Tsp salt
170 Grams Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a metal 8×8 Pan with Parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine the chocolate and butter.
Microwave or cook on a double boiler until the mixture is melted and smooth.
Add the sugar and glucose syrup to the hot butter mixture and whisk until combined.
Allow cooling until just barely warm.
Add in eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk for 1 minute.
Use a rubber spatula to stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
Stir in whole chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared pan and smooth out.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Let it cool before slicing.
