1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chip
1/3 Cup Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/3 Cup Light Corn Syrup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl cream the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
You can use a hand mixer or a stand mixer.
Add in the egg and vanilla. Mix until the egg is combined.
Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix just until combined.
The dough should be thick and dry. It should be sticking to your hands.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Use an ice cream scooper to scoop a ball of cookie dough. Place at least 2 inches apart on your baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned.
Cool completely before serving with Milk.
