6o grams Butter
1 Cups All-purpose flour(sifted)
1 Cups Water
1/2 tsp Salt
In a Sauce Pan bring butter, and water to a boil. Remove pot from heat and stir in flour and salt.
Over low heat stir constantly until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat.
Immediately add the eggs one at a time beating to smooth paste after each addition. Make small balls with the decorating tube or piping tip into a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 min or until well puffed and brown in color.
Cool Completely before putting the filling.
Fill with Cream or Custard
Top with caramel or chocolate.
