Homemade Avocado Icecream
Ingredients:
600 ml Thickened Cream
1 Can Condensed Milk
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
2 (Blended) Small Avocados
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Green Food Colouring – OPTIONAL
Procedure:
Using a STAND MIXER or HANDHELD MIXER
Beat thickened cream until double in size.
Add condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla extract while mixing at low speed to avoid splashing.
Mix at High Speed for 1 minute.
Add the avocado and beat again at high speed for 2 min.
Put in the freezer overnight before serving.
