Easy Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
1 whole bread (cut into cubes)
4 Large Eggs.
1/2 cup of sugar
1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
A pinch of salt
3 1/2 cups Evaporated Milk
125 grams of butter (melted)
1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
For Brushing the Top
1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
1 TBSP Sugar
Instruction:
– In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the recipes except the cubed bread. Whisk until well mixed.
-Put the bread into a large mixing bowl.
-Pour the egg mixture into the bread, and lightly mix until the bread is covered and soaking up with the egg mixture.
-Let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
– Place the mixture in the oven and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until the top is slightly golden brown.
-Pull the Pan from the oven and brush it with the Milk mixture.
-Bake again for another 15 minutes.
