Lemon Cream Cheese Cupcake
Ingredients:
250 grams of Cream Cheese
250 grams Butter(soft)
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
6 Large Eggs(room temp)
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 TSP Vanilla extract/Vanilla Essence
1/2 TSP Salt
3 Cups Plain Flour/All-purpose flour (Sifted)
Instruction:
Cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Until the Sugar is dissolved.
Add Egg 1 at a time. Mix for a few seconds.
Put all the remaining ingredients and mix them until fully combined.
Use a scooper to scoop the batter.
Bake at 150C for 35 – 40 min.
