Ingredients:

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Combine All Ingredients in One Bowl:
    In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Then pour in the milk, crack in the egg, and add the vanilla extract (if using).
  2. Mix Until Smooth:
    Using a whisk, stir the ingredients together until the batter is smooth with no lumps. Don’t overmix—it’s fine if it’s a little lumpy, as this helps the pancakes stay fluffy.
  3. Heat Your Pan:
